    Join my group classes in person at Acresfield health club and spa Garstang, Preston. Or join an online class from anywhere in the world. These general classes are designed to suit all abilities and bodies and will form an essential part of your selfcare routine. I also offer private classes in person or online. These classes can be tailored to meet your needs.

    I offer a variety of workshops and courses allowing time to explore a specific area or technique. Popular courses include the Foundations of yoga for beginners, yoga tune up self massage, yoga nidra and breathing exercises. I also offer tailor made workshops and courses for corporate wellness from hen-dos to improved wellness in the workplace.

You'll have time to dive into your yoga practice, enjoy walks in beautiful surroundings, relax and disconnect from your everyday life and reconnect to your inner self.

  • I love the fact that I can do a class with my eyes mostly closed as Elaine's instructions are so clear. And yet I come away feeling relaxed, energised, stronger, more flexible and with improved balance. I do the recorded version which means I can do it on a day and at a time to suit a busy schedule and even take her class on holiday with me!
